Step 1:

Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel using your Customer ID OR domain name and your password at:
http://admin.1and1.com
If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page. If you have more than one package, select the Packages tab at the top. Select the package in question to reach its Administration page.

Step 2:

Click the E-mail icon from the Basic Settings section.

Step 3:
|
Select which e-mail address to remove the auto-responder and click the Settings button.
 |
|
Step 4:
|
Click the Edit button next to Auto-responder.
 |
|
Step 5:
|
Select to turn the auto-responder Off.
