1&1 form downloads


To make changes to your 1&1 account data, please click on the appropriate form fill it in online and then print it out. Once you have completed the form, please fax it to the number listed or mail it to the address on the form.


Account Cancellation Request Form - For termination of an account in full, closing all domain names, turning off all services.

Account Change Request Form - For updating the account holder's information or transferring the account ownership to a new party.

Contract Transfer Request Form - For moving a full contract, including domains, websites and email addresses to another 1&1 customer.

Domain Deletion Request Form - For cancelling a domain name registration completely, forfeiting any paid period and returning the domain name to the registry.

Domain Recovery Request Form - For recovery of a domain name fraudulently transferred away from 1&1 to another registrar.

Domain Redemption Request Form - For redemption of a domain name that has recently expired.

Domain Transfer Request Form - For transfer of a domain name (or names) to another 1&1 customer.

Folder Deletion Form - For deletion of specified folders in your webspace.

Re-image Server Form - For total erasure of data and re-installation of operating system for dedicated servers.

Server Minimum Contract Termination Form - For early termination of a package still in contract.
